POWER YOGA

A fast paced and dynamic practice that demands power and focus. You will sweat. Power yoga is essentially like an aerobic workout with faster and continuous poses. Power yoga when practised consistently under supervision helps your body achieve stability, balance, posture and tone. Regular practice of Power Yoga has many benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, weight loss, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

BEGINNERS ASHTANGA

If you are new to ashtanga yoga, this is where you should begin. Please note that this is still a tough class, very similar to an intermediate power yoga flow. The difference between this class and a regular ashtanga class is that the pace is a bit slower and takes the time to explain the poses in more detail.

TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA

Indian traditional style well-rounded practice incorporating mantra, postures, breathing practice that build strength ,flexibility and mental concentration while allowing for plenty of relaxation. The level of this class can be from beginner to advance. And at the same time knowing your soul’s connection with SUPER SOUL.

HATHA STRETCH

It is like a regular Hatha Class where we pause to study one or two poses in detail. It is also a great class to deepen your practice using blocks, yoga chair or straps. More awareness based and correction based.

IYENGAR YOGA

Practice of Asana and Pranayama with focus in precision and alignment, planned sequencing, timing and the use of props. This approach allows people of varying ages, level of health and fitness to enjoy the benefits a sustained practice can bring the ability to face physical, mental and emotional challenges of contemporary life with strength, vitality, mobility, thoughtfulness and equanimity.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow paced meditative practice. Its mindful breathing induces meditative a movement and introspection. Connective tissues surrounding muscles receives a freshness and lightness. The primary differences between Yin Yoga and other styles of yoga is that you are encouraged not to USE muscles. Passive poses are held for several minutes.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative is an invaluable practice complement to dynamic practices for mind, body and breathe. Poses are held longer as compared to Yin Yoga. The art of stillness. Restorative is all about: Stop the doing – Start just being.

YOGA ALIGNMENT

Have you ever wanted to deepen your yoga practice and pause to learn certain poses the right way? Have you ever wanted to try balancing poses, back bending or inversions in the right way? Yoga Alignment is like a regular Hatha class where we pause to study one or two poses in detail. It is also a great class to deepen your practice using blocks, the yoga chair or straps.

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa is a fluid style of breath-based movement. Inspired by Ashtanga it evolved in a fluid movement style merging hatha, pranayama and dynamic movements with various intensity or softer bends. This came from the experiments to make yoga more dynamic and making it similar to modern workout methodologies.

PRIMARY ASHTANGA

Coming from MYSORE TRADITION, INDIA. This style believes the practice of pose must be same, to see the improvement on daily basis. This sequence is having nearly 40 poses Of the six sequence of MYSORE TRADITION this is first, which aims to fix all physical illnesses

PRANAYAM

Breath is ALL that we live with. Its value is infinite. It can give you all requisites of life if you know what it is? How it is? This is UPANISHADIC based teaching session which is of importance for YOUNGSTERS, MIDDLE AGE, OLD AGE. Removal for mind’s crowd, Regeneration of peace, and much more is benefit. GUIDED MEDITATION

It is a process of eliminating millions & millions of accumulated tensions spread all around the body with GUIDANCE. Intention is to impart harmony around you at the office, with family & friends. So that world started valuing you differently because with the practice “YOU WILL START VALUING SELF MORE ” Must be understood as a TRUE TRAUMA RELIEVER, permanent. It contains such learning and such practice. It needs attention not just fun.

KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga is a magical yoga which will arouse the dormant power inside you. It will improve flexibility hugely in no time.  Energy bursts will let you gain spinal health and enjoy your pleasures in more. Its focus is SPINE because it believes all physical and mental needs of body can be fulfilled with spinal awareness.

Release tight muscles with dynamic stretching, which simultaneously lengthens, strengthens and unlocks every muscle in the body—resulting in greater flexibility, joint mobility and range of motion. Incorporating correct full body movement into your yoga routine is the key to maintaining a flexible and injury-free body, devoid of aches and pains.

Modern postural yoga consists largely but not exclusively of the practice of asanas. There were very few standing asanas before 1900. By 2012, there were at least 19 widespread styles from Ashtanga Yoga to Viniyoga. These emphasise different aspects including aerobic exercise, precision in the asanas, and spirituality in the Haṭha yoga tradition.
