Vishal Kumar Mishra

Vishal is an absolute ray of sunshine. No doubt you’ll have been to his class already, but if you haven’t, Vishal is a master at nudging you towards the edge of your comfort zone, but in a way that you feel completely at ease, supported, and rewarded. Vishal believes in the positive benefits of yoga and meditation can bring to your life, like more energy throughout the day, better sleep and ease in finding happiness and positivity in life.

His knowledge of yoga is behind certain positions and practices. There is a spiritual side to be sure of during his sessions, but you’ll never know any yoga teacher with a unique perspective in life than Vishal. His life is wholly dedicated to both his practice and his students. 

Shree Nayak

Shree is an E-RYT 500 & YACEP certified from USA Yoga Alliance.  She is our lead trainer for conducting USA Yoga Alliance Certified Teachers Training Courses in the category of 200 Hours/300 Hours/500 Hours and offering YACEP courses online and offline as well. 

Through her 1,750+ Hours of training, she has gained in-depth knowledge and a deeper understanding of the yoga practice. She has expertise in diverse forms of yoga disciplines to serve a wider section of society and strongly believes that Yoga is for all and that daily practice of it helps people to get better off day by day.  

As a sound vibration therapist, she uses different techniques for developing increased relaxation and a more positive outlook, reducing stress and exhaustion, increasing energy levels & consciousness, and making positive effects on different energy levels; Body, Mind, Emotions & Spirits.

She has the following certifications to her credit over and above 500+ Hours of Advanced Yoga from USA Yoga Alliance:

– Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Yoga Anatomy & Therapy Trainer certified by USA Yoga Alliance.

– A Sound Vibration Therapist certified by Peter Hess Institute, Germany.

– Yoga instructor certified from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA), Bangalore, India.

Egor Rotov

Egor have been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1990 and teaching Iyengar yoga since 1999. Founder and leader of the Ural Iyengar Yoga Center. Member of the Executive Committee of the Russian Association of Iyengar Yoga. Egor was the first teacher of the Iyengar method in Yekaterinburg, having the International Certificate RIMYI (Yoga Institute in memory of Ramamani Iyengar, Pune, India).

During the last 8 years, Egor have been conducting teacher courses, where future teachers of yoga are trained according to B.К.S. Iyengar from all regions of Russia. Holding Intermediate Senior Certificate 2. 

Through rhythm and sequencing, Egor creates an experience of integration in his classes that is both challenging and sensitive to the subtler aspects of the practice. 

Peeyush Paliwal

Yoga is sharing love, creativity and positivity all around. 

Peeyush is a highly qualified Multi-Style Yoga instructor and coach. His passion for Yoga shaped him into an intense yoga practitioner and a teacher with a firm belief in the holistic concept of wellness as a fundamental component of communities.

He started his journey in the heart of the world’s Yoga capital Rishikesh as a student in 2014. A postgraduate in Hatha Yoga methodology which reflects in his teaching style.

With over 5 years of teaching experience and advanced training in Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Styles, Peeyush inspires students to incorporate advanced yoga abilities and techniques into their yoga practice.

His class focuses on building strength and emphasizes alignment as a constant trigger to explore his student’s potential.

Aksana Busel

A passionate yoga teacher with over 5 years of experience in teaching Bikram yoga, Hatha yoga and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. In April 2017, she had an opportunity to take 3 months course from world-renowned yoga instructor Bikram Choudhary and acquired in-depth knowledge about various breathing techniques, postures and spiritual elements of yoga and how she can effectively pass on the knowledge to her students.

DEVESH KUKRETI

Despite his athletic nature & experimentation with various workout styles since childhood, his inquisitive nature leads him to Yoga in 2015. He started his practice through meditation which taught him how to find balance within. After doing self-practice for a year, he found his first Guru & started practicing Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa under his guidance. He was blessed to learn from one of the best & authentic, traditional Gurus; In August 2017 he completed his RYT 200 Hour TTC from Aum Yoga Vedanta Centre in Ahmedabad. Under the guidance of his Guru & with his blessings, he started teaching Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga in different cities of India, including engaging in volunteerism & workshops. 

 

Devesh’s classes focus on finding balance in asanas with proper alignment & holding the posture using Strength & Flexibility with ease. As a teacher, he is passionate about simplifying complex yoga concepts for everyone to understand & engage into a sustainable practice to achieve balance within. Using research & combining his knowledge of software programming he is constantly demystifying the code of Yoga in-depth & is on a mission to pass on this understanding through his authentic teaching.

Alexey Pavlyukov

Alexey is an Ashtangi and teaches both Mysore Traditional Primary Series and led- classes. Alexey classes are a blend of technique, strength, breathing, alignment and adjustments. With a calm and reassuring behavior, his classes are safe spaces for students to grow in their practice.

Nuriz Raiimova

Nuriz offers a well-balanced and creatively sequenced Vinyasa class. Paired with her light-hearted beautiful energy. 

 

She began her beautiful yoga journey 5 years ago and ever since then has considered her mat like a second home where she has found a sense of peace and calm.  Influenced by her first yoga teacher she’s decided to learn more and studied different kinds of yoga as Therapeutic, Orthopedic, Hatha, Vinyasa etc. 

 

She found yoga to be a path of healing and nurturing, as it allowed her to be the most authentic version of herself.  What she loves most about teaching yoga is that it allows her to bring out the most creative and expressive side of herself in a safe space shared with other beautiful beings.

Akanksha Mittal

She has practiced yoga since her childhood, guided by her mother, who is a great yoga enthusiast. Later she decided to undergo professional training and has been actively teaching since.

Understanding more about the simplicity behind the complex anatomy of the human body, and the mind, find her special interest. 

She enjoys inspiring others, to enhance their overall wellness, and commit to long-term health and fitness goals.

She always gives her best to maintain a balance of energy flow, breath work, perfect alignment and active movement, in all my classes.

She truly believes that a Healthy Body, Happy heart and Peaceful mind are the way to go.

Rachita Bhat

Rachita has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and has been teaching since 2017. Rachita believes that Yoga has truly transformed her whole personality and the way she pursues life. She believes that the purpose of teaching is not to create students but to share her knowledge and skills with others. She is continually studying to improve her own knowledge of yoga and to answer her thoughts while helping others.

Mayada Hakim

Mayada is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga as a lifestyle. She is committed to supporting others through building community and causing each and every student to discover their own greatness. 

She approaches her classes with a commitment that yoga should be made accessible for everyone. With attention to safe alignment, her classes focus on sensation and presence rather than perfection, believing that as we honour our unique physical forms, we can begin to deepen into our unique spiritual forms. 

Leoné Murphy

Leoné Murphy is a singer/songwriter from South Africa with an interest in holistic living and mindful expression. She is 500RYT certified in India in 2018 and enjoys offering Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yin Yoga, she is also interested in sharing the benefits of pranayama practice. She started her yoga journey 9 years ago when she fell head over heels for her mat and the union that the practice of yoga and the yogic mindset brings. She is a light warrior and music maker who is ready to share the magic of yoga withcompassion and joy. Favourite yoga pose: namaste in Savasana a little longer.

Tania Jasmine Petronilli

T​ania is a certified Yoga Teacher RYT200, Sound Therapy Practioner and Oriental and Tribal Fusion dance instructor. She started approaching the Indian traditions through dance by learning the basics of Odissi and Rajasthani folk dances. Her journey into Yoga and Ayurveda was a natural choice. Tania is specialized in Vinyasa Yoga and she often combines the healing power of sound bringing drums and Himalayan bowls in her sessions.

Anam Anjum

With a background of psychology & life coaching, I am a certified Yoga Teacher RYT200 and Reiki Level 3. I am specialized in yoga & Reiki healing with a background of psychology & life coaching. I aim to help my clients better manage their emotional & physical stress with holistic therapies.

GIANNA GABRIEL

I am a Sound Vibration Healing Specialist, Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher. Today, I teach how sound vibrations, yoga and meditation can help maintain mental and physical well-being. I would like to share my story. I am a Certified Sound Vibration Healing Practitioner, Member of the European Association for Sound Massage Therapy, registered Hatha RYT-200 and Yin Yoga WYA-50 Teacher.

I started practicing yoga as a form of self-care and as an outlet to connect my actions to my thoughts, my ideals to my values and live in my purpose rather than chasing unrealistic dreams.

Practicing yoga has become my lifestyle, it brings discipline and focuses to my daily activities. I feel stronger and healthier mentally and physically than I’ve ever been and I know it’s because my mind is aligned with my breath. I decided to be the best version of myself. I practice the yogi way of life through meditation, philosophy of life, pranayama and daily physical practice.

I’m always more than happy to guide anyone through this transcendental journey. My specialties are meditation and pranayama, but I practice all forms of yoga.
